Electronic Commercial Message (ETK) Permission

Within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce ("ETK") and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, by giving this permission you consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from Evepack (Koza, 1678th Street, Block C, No: 1/C, Interior Door No: Z1, 34538 Esenyurt/Istanbul, Turkey) for purposes such as campaigns, promotions, advertisements, product and service announcements, celebrations and information, via the contact details you have provided (e-mail, SMS, phone call and other electronic communication channels).

Your contact details will be processed and kept in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and our Disclosure Text, and will not be shared with third parties for purposes other than sending commercial electronic messages, except for the service providers acting on our behalf within this scope.

You may withdraw your permission at any time, free of charge and without giving any reason, by using the opt-out (rejection) option contained in the messages sent to you, through the Message Management System (İYS), or by contacting us at info@evepack.com. Upon withdrawal, commercial electronic messages will stop being sent to the relevant channel within the statutory period.
