This Clarification Text has been prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data by Evepack as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights as data subjects:

– Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

– Request information if processed,

– Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

– Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,

– Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed,

– To request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,

– Request notification of transactions to third parties to whom it is transferred,

– To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

– To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I hereby declare that I expressly consent to the processing and storage of my personal data by [Company Name] (“Company”) as the data controller for the purposes set out below, and to the sharing of my personal data with third parties in Turkey or abroad when necessary.

1. Personal Data to be Processed

My identity information (name, surname, T.R. ID number, etc.), contact information (phone number, e-mail address, open address, etc.), location data, customer transaction information, financial information, visual and audio recordings and, if necessary, my personal data of special nature (e.g. health information) may be processed.

2. Purposes of Processing

– Ensuring compliance with legislation,

Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK;

– To learn whether my personal data is being processed,

– Request information if processed,

– Learning whether it is used for its intended purpose,

– Learning the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,

– Request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed,

– To request its erasure or destruction if it has been processed illegally,

– Request notification to third parties to whom transactions are transferred,

– To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

– I know that I have the right to demand

compensation for damages in case of damage.
